Born and raised on the very property Rendezvous Ridge rests on, Benny Parsons had a long and prosperous career in racing, NASCAR, and broadcasting. Before his passing in January of 2007, Benny returned to family owned land to pursue yet another venture, Rendezvous Ridge Vineyard. Benny carefully selected the right people, the right timing and the right place to make his next footprint. Benny has been laid to rest at Rendezvous Ridge Vineyard. With roots in Key West, Florida and New Orleans, Louisiana, Joe Ordoyne has made North Carolina his home for the last ten years. After spending some time in the sunshine of Miami, Florida working in high end home construction, land development and restaurant and night club management, Joe sought out the peacefulness of the Carolinas. Joe has been a beloved and valued member of the Parsons’ family for over nine years as the general manager of BENNY PARSONS, overseeing real estate and special projects in two states. His hard work and dedication are literally bearing fruit at Rendezvous Ridge Vineyard.
